eGibBSN provides you with the following services:

• Please read the Terms and Conditions & Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) before clicking on the “I Agree” button to proceed
• Kindly complete the online registration form
• Once your registration is successful, you will receive a TAC (Transaction Authorization Code) via SMS (Short Message Service)
• A confirmation email shall be sent to your registered email address. Just click on the activation link in the email within 7 days to activate your eGibBSN account. 
• If you are unable to or fail to activate your account within 7 days, you may need to repeat the registration process again.

There may be several reasons why you may not be able to register: 

• Incorrect entry of your details such as your full name, contact details, new or old IC and policy numbers during registration
• Details entered such as your contact details, new or old IC and policy numbers are not listed or do not match those shown in our records. 
• Only the policy owner & assignee are eligible to apply for an eGibBSN account.
• Please contact our Customer Service at 1-300-22-6262 or walk-in to any of our branches for assistance. 

• The password must be at least 8 characters long with at least one non-alphanumeric.
  Example: abcd123! & wxyz%987
• The password should NOT be the same with your Member ID.
• Strong password prevents your account from being accessed by a third party and helps secure the privacy of your account.
• If you have forgotten your password, please click Forgot Password to reset your password.

There may be several reasons why you may not be able to login: 

• Your Password may have been keyed in wrongly. As the password is case sensitive, kindly ensure that the correct case is used.
• If you have tried more than 3 times with an invalid Password, instructions on how to unlock your eGibBSN account will be sent to your registered email address for you to follow in resetting your password.
• If you have forgotten or have keyed in the wrong Member ID, please click Forgot Username.

You may click on the Activate link to reactivate your account.
